to the best of my knowledge no but there was talk of match fixing during the final weeks of the 07-08 season and players from Atalanta and Livorno were being investigated. Former Livorno captain David Balleri has been the only one found guilty of a lesser charge, and has been quoted on the La Gazzetta dello Sport's website he will appeal the decision.
