I don’t see Juve having any trouble against Bari. If the match against Catania means anything, it’s a sign of auspicious times to come for the rest of the season. Juventus maintained solid possession throughout the game, the midfield was exceptional, and in his few chances Buffon looked like his normal self, one of the best shot stoppers in the game. There are issues up front but Del Piero put on a clinic against Catania, playing better than he has all season. The injury to Luca Toni hurts right now but with eyes on Diego Forlan, Fernando Torres, and Flores among others, I think something will get done fairly soon. Juve lucked out with facing Bari this week because any other team might’ve given them more trouble but I’m confident the bianconeri will come away with 3 points. I’d expect a deal for a striker to be worked out some time shortly after this weekend’s fixtures.
