    Hello Niccolo,

Del Neri is trying to create a similar playing style to that he applied with Sampdoria and this might take some time with Juventus since some of the players are not best suited for the system.

I still think the Bianconeri need to sign a left-back or wing-back for the left flank as well as a young striker who is capable of scoring 15 to 20 times in Serie A per season. Amauri, Iaquinta and Trezeguet are only getting older and are injury prone.

I believe the main key will be whether Diego can succeed (if he’s not sold) and if the Juve defensive line can improve dramatically on last season.

As for the game against the Irish club, I think it’s hard to assess since it will be the first official match. Juve are clearly more talented but the Irish might fight for every possession, so I am expecting a tougher than expected match but Juve will eventually advance.

Lyon should bring a young Brazilian to fill in Junihno´s shoes as the team is just not the same without that South American spice…
