I agree, Milito has been a player that has never failed for Inter Milan, and Sneijder has also made sure that Milito receives the proper service.

What I also think surprises people is Milito’s technical ability and speed. While he may seem clumsy and awkward, he’s very skilled at turning defenders and slotting the ball into the back of the net.

      Hi Niccolo,

I know one players does not make a team but we both agree D. Milito was a difference maker for Inter this year. He scored in all 3 crucial games to lead the club to Coppa Italia, Serie A and Champions League titles.
His double in the Champions League final was both stunning and showed his superior set of skills. For the second goal he willingly ran, tricked the Bayern defender and scored with a great finish.
For the first goal, he headed the ball to Sneijder and ran into space to receive the pass from the Dutchman and finish with style…
Mourinho’s departure will not hurt Inter but if Milito, Maicon, Eto’o and Cambiasso leave then the club will lose Serie A as well next season.
