things are going to get very interesting kris as AC Milan make their run for the scudetto. It isn't in the bag for Mourinho and Jose has been a bit of a suck-face lately with his expressed disgust at Italian media for not being all gaga-gugu over him like in England.

I think the loan to AC Milan is a great idea for Beckham. Like the article says, he would be inactive in the MLS for the rest of the winter. I’m a soccer player and I know how it is to not play for the whole winter and start practice in the summer–it’s tough. And with the loan he will be able to play for a European team, which hands down is one of the toughest leagues. I’m an LA Galaxy fan and I feel when he comes back from the loan he will be even better in the MLS. And the Galaxy might go to the cup, which they haven’t done in a while. This will also help him in his hopes to play for England in the 2010 World Cup.
