Alessandro Costacurta Makes The Transition To Manager

AC Milan super­star Alessan­dro Costacurta has taken the first step in his man­age­r­ial career, tak­ing over Serie B side Mantova.

Man­tova cur­rently sit 13th on 13 points and after recently receiv­ing his coach­ing badges, the 42 year old Costacurta will be tap­ping into those many years of expe­ri­ence for the Azzurri and AC Milan   win­ning the Euro­pean Cup and Cham­pi­ons League FIVE times and the Ital­ian league title seven times as he leds the Serie B club into the sec­ond half of the season.

Costacurta had been work­ing at AC Milan as part of Carlo Ancelotti’s coach­ing staff.
